The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Christian Lutz. Contact: hello@sensecollect.com.
This site is a commercial API product. We process personal data only where it is necessary to provide the service, improve this website, or fulfil a legal obligation. Personal data is handled confidentially and in line with the GDPR.
When you visit this site, technically necessary data may be processed in server log files, such as IP address, time of visit, the URL requested, and browser type. This processing serves the delivery, security, and stability of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
This site runs three measurement tools. Two are cookieless and process no personal data, and therefore require no consent: Plausible Analytics is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and stores aggregated data without cookies, IP addresses, or user profiles; Vercel Web Analytics likewise operates without cookies and without cross-site recognition. We also load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which sets cookies and transfers usage data to servers in the United States. This is done on the legal basis stated in section 6 below. You can prevent GA4 processing by using a browser that blocks the script, by enabling 'Do Not Track', or by contacting us.
If you contact us by email (hello@sensecollect.com) or create an account, we process the data you provide — such as email address, name, and payment details — to handle your request, deliver the service, and process payment. This is done to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or in your legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Where analytics are used to measure and improve our own content, processing is carried out on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG) for the placement of cookies and transfer to the United States. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by contacting us.
As a data subject you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these, email us and we will respond without undue delay.
This policy describes this website's static pages. When you are signed in and use the API or dashboard, the data collected is part of your service relationship and is described in our Terms and the response of the API itself. This policy is updated when legal or technical circumstances change. Last updated: 02.10.2026.
